Hello all Poms
Hi,

I've recently found this site and thought I'd say hi

We moved here in Dec '06 from Yorkshire after I was made redundant (thank you!)and are loving it. Gillian is studying hairdressing to earn enough points for PR (No pressure then)

We brought our two boys, who have settled in really well, my eldest even plays "Footy"!

If anyone has any info about PR from a student visa, I'd love to hear from you!

Hi there,
Its always nice to hear of people who have settled in - whereabouts in Yorkshire were you from? Also nice to hear the boys are settling in - how old are they?
Any tips for a fellow Yorkshire family, hoping to take the plunge later this year??
