Your questions are difficult to answer straight-out. What are you looking for in your move to Oz? What work do you do? Are you alone or a family man? What kind of lifestyle are you hoping to lead? What do you mean by the "best" city - different people have different opinions on what qualifies as the "best".
Give us some background or a clearer idea of your hopes/dreams(!) and we will all see what we can do for you!

Hi Friend!
Thanks for your rapid attention.
I am family man and I will come with my wife,the best city means in our minds is the city with good public instrument and kind people and be a cheap and have moderate climate (not dry ,not humid , not hot and not cold) and so on.
and also I am a mechanical Engineer.

What work do you do?
Have you checked out job opportunities for you in any particular areas? That may be a good starting point.
Not sure you will find any of the Australian cities are "cheap" - like everywhere in the world, prices for everything tend to be higher in the major cities. As regards the climate - Australia can be hot/humid in a number of places - that will probably rule out Brisbane, Perth, Northern Territory for you then. Maybe look at Adelaide, Melbourne etc for more temperate climes.
