Little help pls on Melton Vic

I have read previous threads on Melton..

Can it all be bad OH has applied for bricky course in Chadstone Mel but we fancy the area Ballarat, Baccus Marsh or Melton

I suppose each has its bad areas but the rents are pretty resaonable for what we are looking for

Can someone advise me on which areas not to look at in Melton we are looking at Melton South

Anyone who is studying in Mel Holmesglen what area are you living in ??

Or anyone who knows about Melton give me some advise??

We are new on here, been guesting but only just registered!
We posted on Victoria forum asking about Bacchus Marsh as it looks really good but want some advice to. Like you say costs, are better in these towns but is it because there is something wrong. Very hard to know as a there isnt as much talk about these areas. We have had only one response so far but hopefully there wiil be some more.
