Help please

Hi all just regestered and need some information.
I traveled round australia in the late eightys and ended up working on a farm in Dayboro Queensland and fell in love with the place. Now married with 16 yr old daughter we are looking to go back to Queensland brisbane area for ever. My daughter will be 18 when we move and just finished a levels is there any chance of her being able to carry on with a uni degree .all so what tax percent on earnings is there. One more question does the sun still shine brightly as i remember it.

best regards Dave

Hello Dave

Welcome to Poms in Oz.

Be careful about your daughter. She must remain in full-time education in order to be classed as being dependent on you. Although your own age will "freeze" when the visa application is submiited, your daughter's age - and circumstances - will be considered by the CO shortly before a decision is made about your application,

Hopefuly by bumping this thread back up to the top, someone else will be able to help with your other questions.

Best wishes

Gill
