where do 17 year olds meet new freinds?????

Can't help either with 17 year olds (our 19 year old still in Uk) but i'll ask next door as they have 2 teenagers around that age

Hi

There are quite a few new poms in Australind so I am sure you will meet some of them on your travels. As for 17 year olds, well I happen to have a 17 year old and he met most of his mates thru school and his part time job. Does your 17 year old go to school or Tafe? Or if into sport then join one of the clubs and I am sure he/she will make friends there also.
I live in Eaton not far from you, and have been here nearly 5 years, well we lived in Busselton for over 3 years before moving here, and we have a bunch of poms that meet quite often, mostly the women meet for coffee or lunch thru the week and then we try and orgainise days out or nights out as couples. I also have a 13 year old son and they have both settled here really well. Give it time though as it doesnt happen over night. Hope to meet up with you soon for a coffee
