Cost of shipping to oz

hey everyone,
On average how much does it cost to ship goods from a flat in london to perth WA? Trying to get a rough idea so we can determine if we're being ripped off by some of the shippers

Hi cookiecat,
we had a quote for most of the contents of a 2 bed house and it was £2080. The storage capacity used would be 550 cubic feet. We would be using a shared container. My friend moved the contents of a 4 bed house over and it cost her just over £5000. It isn't cheap but i reckon it would cost around £18,000 to replace what we are taking so it the better option for us.
