My husband for the time being will be at home looking after the kids
My main concern is my 15 year old who we haven't told yet. We plan to go next June after she has finished her G.C.S.E's but so scared she will refuse to come.
Anyone with similar age children got any advise or stories ?????

Of course you're mad!! Aren't we all?? lol
No seriously I think as its been said many times on PIO better to have tried & failed than never to have tried at all!!
Mind I have heard that it takes years to be able to start up your own buisness so amke sure you research that possibility thoroughly. I'm a hairdresser & when we visited at the N. Yr they seem to be crying out for hairdressers & theres a lack of freelance hairdressing too, thats what I do in the UK but fancy re training to do something else when over there!!
When you train to be a hairdresser my advice would be to aim to train thro' a big company that invests money in training, shows competitions etc. That way you'll get the most diverse skills & if you're into IT your forte could be management etc.
As for your 15 yr old (ihave a 14 & 8 yr old) let them know of your plans asap.
My 14 yr old still doesn't want to come cos of the friends thing but as its been well over a year she's resignd herself to it!! Mind the reccie helped & now my 8 year old can't wait.
Good luck any help pm me.
Where you hoping to live? We're heading for 40 mins south of Brissy
