Hi Guys,

Its Paul, Laura and Jacob here.
We are in the same situation as you Paul is an electrician and we had a phone consultation with an agent on monday evening and she explained the process and the vetassess exams. There is also a post on here called something like electrician vetassess and somebody who has taken the exams explains all in full details and it seems to be similar to the AM2 with a little bit more technical interview but seems ok.

Thanks for the reply. I did my AM2 in 2004 so i can just remember it!!!!
I thought it was pretty easy. Hope the assesment is as easy.
We have just sent the first stage of yesterday. It took a long time to get references from previous employers but we got them! Typical bosses!!!!
Hope yours goes smoothly.
It seems like alot of paper work but just think, in a year or so you will be away from england and all the hassel that is here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
