Hi Claire. My other half and I live in Hampshire too and are planning a move to Melbourne in October. How are all your plans coming along? Have you heard anything regarding your visa? We are waiting for our application to be processed and then the next stage will be booking flights, which makes it all seem so much more real! It is exciting though and you are lucky you have some family out there!

I'm also Claire, from Salisbury so not far from you! I'm also single planning to move to Australia alone! Like you, I'm feeling less nervous but more confident about going as I cannot wait to get there!

Hope your plans (interviews etc) are going well. I'm applying for a 3-year temporary visa (subclass 475) so hoping my visa won't take far too long to process.
