hi
you could try nsw - a bit more of sort of getting the seasons here, but not as cold as the uk winter.
just an idea

Scarletfever will become famous soon enough
I wondered this when we first started the visa thingy..I have a good mate of mine in Mebourne who is a plasterer and wanted me to seriously consider Melbourne rather than Brisbane to migrate to. He's having no worries working in relation to the heat there and says that it was really quite easy to acclimatise to the difference in temp between Wales and there. (not quite sure about that myself but there ya go!!! )

Course, the only reason he wanted me to go there was that he thought id do his chippying work cheaper than what he can get it for at the moment!!!

According to my mate theres loads of work there on both 1st & 2nd fix. The wages he spoke to me about were sumwhere around $20 p.h. on the books and about $35 - $40 s.e.
