Hi to all, we are in the final stages and hope to migrate this year with are three teenagers, I work in construction management and Jane works in the electronic industry.
We would like to be around 20min drive from the city and are now looking at good
areas to by a home,any advise would be appreciated.

where abouts in oz you thinking of going have you looked on realestate.com.au they

give you some idea of houses to buy and rent im always on there looking.

i have also been given of john mason (shipping) a cd from movingplanet.net which you

join free they are very helpful site loads of info plus big discounts through emerates

plus 50kg each extra instead of 40kg if going on a pr visa.

Hiya with 3 teenagers id have a look around Albany Creek,Everton hills etc as they arent too far from anything including public transport,i relocated a family with teenagers to Albany Creek not long ago and for inner city the place really impressed me,property is a bit dearer and it was harder to secure a rental than out here but if you persevere youll get there,good luck with everything
