i completely understand your frustration - but be careful what you say. the money should have come back to you from your credit card company once you identified to them your card had been stolen.
skype are not saying they support fraud - they cannot stop people using stolen credit card details to buy their service. unless we report them as stolen quickly enough - they cannot tell if the card is stolen or is being used legitimately.
your comments here could put people off using a money saving tool. skype did not steal your money - fraudsters did. i know you are not saying the tool is a bad one - but just feel you have worded it that skype were the ones that defrauded you out of thousands of pounds.
