WOW! Its almost over whelming how many people out there are looking to move to Australia!! It has been a dream of mine for quite some time, but only recently have i seriously thought about it!
My main concern is about getting a job there - where to start?!?! I heard there's an Australia jobs expo on in Leeds in April that I'm thinking about going to. Just wanted to know if any of you had been before and if you could give me any tips about going.

There's 2 mind sets on these forums I've noticed about moving. The first one is to go for a reccie and then move. Those that do reccie, love it and don't want to come back. There's various people who are just moving, regardless of having been. And they love it and never come back.
There is a handful of people whom life in Aus doesn't seem to suit. These peopel come back to the UK for a few months and reailse that Aus wasn't as bad as it seemed and generally go back.
It's good you've decided to start walking on this long journey. I wish you all the best and hope you get what you want.
