trade skill assessment

Hi all,
were new to all of this and was wondering if anyone could help!
my oh is a brickie and were thinking of applying under the 175 visa,
He has to have a skilled assessment.....how do we go about getting this done?
is it some thing we do online or does he have to go and do a practical test done somewhere?
Any help would be great thanks!

you can print off the PDF document and you'll be at the same stage as me.

Hi,

My OH Brickie too he passed the Practical Assessment in December and we are just getting everything ready for the visa now. Go to the Vetassess website where you'll find all the info on what to do. Basically you have to pass the Trades Assessment then if you pass and prove your a Brickie so to speak your invited to take the Practical Tests. Any more info feel free to PM us.

Hi Andrea

Brickies used to have to go via the TRA but they now have to go via VETASSESS, I believe, for their skills assessments.
