hi guys, aint it awful to think we have done all this hard work and the only thing stopping us getting to oz is selling our houses!! we have got people coming saturday and sunday now!! local paper did a bit of a feature on it yesterday so hoping we might get a few more people round to have a look!! will keep you posted as to how it goes!!

fingers crossed for you hope they dont try and knock you down to much as thinking your in a hurry hope you get asking price.
we have our's up and not telling them were going oz as have know people in same situation and lost quite a bit of money.
hi julie, we aint really told people we are going to oz either, the estate agents know but we have also told them that we aint going to let it go for any old price! we need as much as we can get!!

we are the same all our money is tied up in the house so want as near the asking price as

hi julie, we are the same, all our money is tied to the house!! we want as near to asking price as possible, on our old house we had before this one some of the people were making really stupid offers!! you feel like telling them where they can put there offers!! but with this house we have a lovely hot tub, so we are going to get as near to asking price as possible, dont want to let it go for pittance. will let you know what happens at weekend,
