We used crown back in August when we moved out here, we found there initial contact with us stood out far amongst the rest and they actually had time to answer our questions and went through the process with us step by step which was really appriciated.

When they arrived to the the packing back in the Uk we felt very helpless as they just got on with it and we couldnt fault them one bit which gave us confidence.

The only problem we had was that we decided to take them up on their offer of the 4 weeks free storage as we were living with family over here intially and didnt want to recieve the furniture straight away. However it then took another 4 weeks for our package to set off as they had to wait to fill the container as we only had a part container. It was our fault really as we just hadnt calcultated for that extra time, so it took a little longer than expected and we had about 3 weeks in our rental with no furniture but not a major problem as our family helped us out with things we needed.

When the furniture arrived at the house I couldnt fault the service either, 100%. None of our belongings had been broken and we didnt have to claim for anything.

So overall I would say we recieved a really good service and would recommend them to anyone, we found that they were a little bit more expensive than other quotes we had recieved but well worth it.

Hope this helps

Emma

hi been told by co that should have an answer by end of feb or b4 fingers crossed,

going some place near perth not decided yet will wait till we get there.

going to rent, i like the look of port kenedy or secret harbour but it all depends on OH as

he's a bricklayer so want to be close to his work as does not want to travel to far.

it's a bit scary and exciting as never been to oz and doing it all ourselfs.
