Otis are pretty big over here................... my mate Pat worked for them for over 20 years and I seem to remember him telling me they bought out Boral Engineering......... or was it the other way round?
I used to play golf with the Otis Elevators Social club on their rostered day off each month. a lot of the guys went over to China doing contract work with Otis. Other golfers worked for the likes of Kone, and Schindler as well as Otis.
