my husband and I are hoping to move to NSW sometime this year, just waiting for our visa, we have 2 kids (12 & 10). We have never been to Oz before but my brother lives near Sydney with his Ozzie wife.
We like the look of Wollongong, but need to think about jobs (plumbing & admin) and schools etc. What a mine field it all is.
Hoping to get some good advice from this site and maybe make some new friends along the way.
We are really enjoying the Wanted Down Under show, will be making sure that we record it while back at work this week!
Hi SDJ&A, and to PIO, we have never been to OZ before and we don't have family or friends there, but still trying to get there....... lol

We probably will have loads of questions, but at the moment i am busy reading through other people's comments, where most of the questions are the same as the ones we would have asked. Also taking the time to follow some of the links that people have posted.
So far it has been a very useful website and it is nice to know that we are not alone in our quest for a differnt life. (or in our insanity!)
