24 days and we will be arriving in OZ how fantastic
Hi All..
Well its 24 days until we take off from Heathrow and start a new life down under. Boy are we soooooo looking forward to it...o yes. I have a stinking cold at the mo..I think its with everything that's gone on..ie removals came and went...living in our house and its empty...but having a laugh at the same time...we had over the keys on Monday....Staying with family until our departure...as I said earlier we sooooo cannot wait. Looking forward also to arriving in Singapore's new Terminal 3 it looks fantastic...take a look for yourselves. So this will help our journey with more to look at as we have to kill 6 hrs there...ho hum.
We are heading to Mornington/Mount Martha landing on the 31st 7.15 in the morning. Anyone else heading that way soon?would love to hear off you.

Hi just to say those last days will pass so fast and the next part of your life begins. We arrived in Melbourne on New Years eve and haven't stopped since. Its a great place, the weather has been fantastic, a little on the hot side but i aint complaining. I had never been to Oz before only my husband so we were both apprehensive whether or not i would like it. But strange as it may seem it kinda feels like home you just dont have the family and friends around you. I was terrified of driving, but having only been driving around here for a few days it just feel like driving back home. We bought Tom Tom and it has been a life saver when trying to look for rentals and to buy cars (we have hire one currently). I hope your journey is a success and you enjoy your new life down under.

Thats brilliant news. Its all coming together for you now. We wish you all the best for your new lives and, if we ever sell our house, we may see you someday soon in Melbourne. It seems like yesterday when we were PMing each other about our house woes and you were so down about the whole thing. Could you send us a bit of your good luck please???

We are off in 24 days to too, flying from Heathrow, also stopping at Singapore. What time are you flying? You'll know who we are, if we're on the same flight, we'll be the ones chasing a hyper 3 year old up and down the aisles on plane.
