We used Airpets for our pets and they stayed in Airpets kennels near Heathrow for five days before flying out to Oz. We phoned every day from Singapore to check on them and they were always so helpful and understanding, we also found their prices to be very reasonable compared to other pet transport carriers.

Hi Sue:)..firstly all the best for your new life in Aus!..it's a fantastic place to live..honestly it will all fall into place in time, but you have to give yourself that and be kind and patient with yourself!..it is a big thing your doing and as with anything like this there are a mixture of highs and lows..as at home in the uk you will still be kept very busy with your three littlies..in time you will get to know people by joining things like 'Mums & Toddlers' and playgroups..and as time passes you'll get to know your neighbours and the people in your local shopping forum..it does all come together..i think by your post because your willing to give it a go that's a main ingredient and Aussie people admire that..so all the best and let us know how you are doing..
