:)Hi to all,
I was wondering as to how long the visa is open to (if thats the right way of putting it)

as we had are house on the market but got sick of being messed around so have took it of short term so that we could maybe once we had planning permission , extend the frontage then put it back on market. So as it was on the market ayear before, it could take as long again (not that we`d leave it another year before we took the leap) so if any one could tell me what the time limit is maybe we could make our minds up quicker regarding the house

If you have validated you have 5 years in which to return unless things have changed and I dont know about it

Hi Dave

Have you been granted tir vsas and have they been validated by means of the whole family making at least a short trip to Oz since the PR visas were granted?? Your visa grant letter and the visa label itself both state the date by which the Initial Entry to Oz must be made. If you have not yet validated, then make sure that you do so before the deadling expires.

If you have already validated it then you cab breathe for a while, as Kaye has said.
