newbie just to say hi

hi there everyone just registered on this site sure it will prove to be a god
send. we are just waiting for the results of the TRA to come back so fingers crossed as it was rushed in before the 1st of sept. the change in the visa made our disision to go for it. so hope it pays off. we are in cannock staffs just wondering any local people going for a visa?
we have never visited oz before or have a clue where we are going to live. thinking about hiring a camper van for a few months when we get there and travelling round to find somewhere we like and suitable of course
well that us. just the two of us a cat and a horse who im dreading leaving behind ( the cat and the horse not luke lol) so hi everyone u will prob be more help to us that we are to u so i thank in advance xx

Wanted to you to the PIO website.

We passed our TRA not that long ago and are currently in the process of lodging the VISA application. We hope to be in Australia October time 2008!! So gotta get my skates on with it all.

What made you guys decide on Australia?

We have family in Australia and went there for a holiday and ended up loving it and only wish we had started this whole process many years ago.

hi. This forum is great isn't it. Im only new here to but learnt so much from reading about other peoples experiances. Gonna go to oz in feb just to make sure its what we really want before applying. Once we start the ball rolling how long do you think it'll take? Have you used an agent?

Like to say welcome and are you ready for this long drawn out process. My name is nicky my oh is paul i have two children Elle and Izzy. We are waitng for our case officer which appears to be a very long time. What visa do you hope to go on? . We hope to do the same as you and hire a camper van and travel around as we have never been to oz, but hope to head towards redland bay.

I spoke to someone again yesterday who knows someone going to Oz, a collegue today told me she is thinking of going in a couple of years (she does not know that I am going yet)
