hello again and thankyou for all the messages! how lovely feel like part of the family already lol . we dont know where we want to settle thinkin of adalaide or melborne possibly but dont know much about them or any where else. did read post sometime ago people saying somewhere was like cornwall (with sun!) that sounds good. luke is a plumber and i am currently training as a hairdresser so thats the work we will need and i need somewhere to ride and have my own horse if we stay oh, and a couple of pubs wouldn go a miss either.......! why oz? well i always wanted to go live in oz for a year when i was 30 (30 now) and when i met luke 2 half years ago he mentioned he would like to live in oz for a while and travel. we have done some backpacking and luke has caught the travel bug (i had done quite alot of backpacking already). we tried to get a year working holiday visa but didnt qualify gutted. then found we could get perminate visa so going for that instead. we also want to escape weather long hours of work (luke works approx 55 hours a week we have no quality of life together )we are very lucky as we are treating this as a year trip but if we love oz we are coming back selling up and moving perminately. sorry for the life history! and yes i know i will be addicted to this as i want to make new friends and learn as much as poss before we go. I know we got a long wait but got to have something to keep us goin through the long drab winter in uk. and i totally agree there will be noone left in the uk (well noone decent anyway..... only our poor families) hope that comment doesnt offend please dont read it wrong xx
