Hello from another newbie

Just wanted to say hello to you all.We have been in Geelong coming up for 18 months now- enjoying it with all the highs and lows! We are a family of 4 plus 1 labrador!

Hi there,

We (being husband and 2boys age 5 &7) are hoping to settle in Geelong too. Fingers crossed we will be there around Feb time. So how are you finding life there? We've been scouring the real estate websites and looking around Highton, Grovedale and Drysdale areas, but never know where we may end up?!

Hopefully will do a quick reccie sometime in December as living in Auckland just now, so not too far away.

Thanks for the welcome.We enjoy living in Geelong- it has lots of facilities, close to lots of beaches , good schools etc. It's only 50mins from Melbourne by car , so close enough to get to easily. We've been living in a rental in Highton and like it enough to be building a house here- due to start any day fingers crossed!!
