Hi there all..

Its Trace here once again....Hope you house sellers are all well..
Has anyone managed to sell their house since I last posted the thread...on who is struggling to sell...

We are still no luck..just come back from Thailand after a surprise holiday from Mark..

.and still o luck.Mind you I really didn't want to come back Melbourne is not far from Bangkok could of quite easily gone on.Only my grown up kids where at home so I couldn't.So here we are back this Sunday gone and now gonna lower the price once again for the last time.....cause we all want to be there so badly.anyone one else have not sold since the last thread I sent.
Or do anyone know of a way of getting shot of our house....without loosing money.
Let me know how your all getting on selling yours.

no we havnt sold ours yet ,but the viewings seem to have picked up,we are under the impression that its not the price thats putting them of just the fact that the buyers are in the same position as us they cant sell theres in order to buy ,it just needs a couple of houses to sell and we might be in buisness keep your fingers crossed

Hi Guys,
We are putting ours on the market today! Have had a few estate agents round with quotes. Now have to settle in for the long wait to sell it! One estate agent said things quiet at the moment but he was expecting a boom in the Spring!! We have decided not to start panicking yet but are planning a validation trip for April 2008!

It's just months of keeping the place looking spic and span for the next few months that is going to drive us all mad!!!!

Hi no we havent sold ares, Had 3 viewings last week none of them were in a chain but one said living rm to small another one the bedroom and the other one to near road .So dont know what to do any ideas welcome am desprate ... karen

We still haven't sold either. been on the market since may and was hoping to be in oz by jan 08. It now looks like it will be summer 08 instead - unless a cash buyer walks through the door (Stop dreaming debbie).

Will give it till feb 08 then will have to reduce it again

just wondering do you think i should knock the the price down again. Really need to sell asap, i can afford to knock it down a little bit more just dont want them knocking me down even more . Just wish the thing would sell ,good luck everyone with your house sales ... karen

STILL NO LUCK FOR US, OUR HOUSE HAS BEEN ON MARKET SINCE APRIL, WE HAVE SOMEONE THAT IS INTERESTED BUT [IS'NT THERE ALWAYS A BUT] NEED TO GET AN OFFER ON THIER'S BEFORE PUTTING IN AN OFFER FOR OURS. THE TROUBLE WITH THAT IS THE LONGER IT GOES ON THE LOWER THE OFFER WILL BE, ALREADY DROP THE PRICE ALOT FOR A QUICK SALE DON'T KNOW WHERE WE CAN GO FROM HERE.

HI. i accepted an offer on our house yesterday. for alot less than we wanted. we were suppose to going to brisbane in oct but first sale fell through a week before contracts were to be signed. we had not had many viewings recently and were talking about renting it out as we have already booked hol to activate visas. we had three people who have wanted our house for ages but had not sold theirs in time. it really is just a case of waiting for the right paople to come and view.
