Dont know what to do - HELP!!!!

I live in Fife married with 2 girls 9 & 4. My parents emigrated from here in 1964 had me and my brother and came back in 1978 so I am an OZ with a British passport. I have been married for 13 years and for most of that time hubby has mentioned living in Australia but nothing was ever done about it. We have just come back from our first trip to America and saw the great standard of living there and my friend has just announced that her family have suddenly decided to move to Spain! So guess what -Hubby is more serious about it now more that ever. My brother and his wife are also wanting to come with us if we go. Both men work in the oil industry so getting work is not a problem but but Dad had a heart bypass last year and I would not like to leave him and my step mum. My mum moved to Turkey 5 years ago and she says go for it and has looked at flights. I have a lot of family in Perth although dont keep in contact with but my parents keep up with some old friends and my uncle goes back and forth every 2 years.

Can anyone help. My other half would put the house up for sale today.

He would be able to answer the Citizenship part of your query, for sure.

With regard to your father and step-mother, they may be eligible for Contributory Parent visas if they can satisfy the Balance of Family Test. I doubt if your father's heart by-pass op would stand in his way as long as he is now fit & well again.
