Hi,
We just started applying and yes the Vetassess Trade Evidence forms are the first forms you need. My hubby is a brickayer and we have filled in these forms together with copies of training and certificates, work references, accountants letters, statements, trade references from employers past and present. It was bit complicated for us as OH sometimes is self employed and other times has been employed by companies. So we had to get everything together as proof right back to his training days 20 years ago.
We then had to get it certified by a magistrate (other people include - Justice of peace, solicitor etc) he signed every sheet stating it was a true copy of original document. This took us ages to get everyhthing together. Now it is posted 11.10.07 with the fee of $600 AU - we are now waiting to see if he has passed the first stage if so hopefully he will squeeze through to the 1st lot of practicals in London in December - this requires another fee about £600 approx. Costly business hey. So fingers crossed.
Good luck with your application.
