Hi there we have felt fed up for quite a while its like a rat race in this country then one of my friends has emigrated to Melbourne she has been there for about 3 months now and shes loving it. She informed me that hairdressers were in demand so we felt we had nothing to lose. We have four children ranging from 1 to 9 years old. So now its just playing the waiting game and to see if we will be ok for visas. What are your trades?

Don't be scared to death................. just get yourselves over here......... red tape permitting that is. You won't regret it.............. neither will the children............ irrespective as to where you settle down-under; it's a much better place to bring the youngsters up than back in the UK!

What do you think of frankston and mornington and seaford, we are only just starting the procedure and like most of us on pio are trying ti find best place to live with kids , my husband is an electrician so he may have to work in Melbourne city, is it to far.
