"Inmates" is about right, I reckon! The visa process drives everyone pretty mental and we all soend HOURS on here seeking "therapy." This is also achieved by downing Jacob's Creek, by the way, or any other Australian tipple.

Hi all and thanks for the welcome, I will have to update my sig to show off dates of applications.....
Case worker is Tom O'Leary, really good chap who keeps me informed all the time. I will be paying my final £1k to them today for the final steps. TRA application is posted today and Tom said it's a 4-6 week wait for their reply.
We are looking at Wellington point/ Alexandria Hills or Birkdale to locate to, work dependent.

Ask them for your visa forms as soon as they submit your TRA,so you can get everything together ready for when the TRA say 'yes'! its not as hard as the TRA to fill in but if i remember rightly theres a few different forms to do.We had Lauren Mennie as a case worker but it seems all their staff are on the ball,i dont think youll have any problems,Tell to tell Lauren Cal & Gary say hi.Keep us all posted on your progress,,

I am using Visa Bureau - and just like CalNgary I've got Lauren as a case worker. I've got nothing but praise for everything she has done and I think they are worth the fee to help ease a lot of worries and make it smoother. PIO is brilliant also and can also save on asking some minor queries to your case worker that you may feel silly asking - but if you do ask Visa Bureau they will have had the questions asked hundreds of times and will be more than happy to put your mind at rest.
But I must say the best thing about this forum is knowing that your not alone in the insecurities, confusion, worries and paranoia as you tread the visa application path!!
Good luck with it all
