help with adf interviews

Hi All
Just find this site & have read some of the post & everybody seems so helpful so i was hoping you could help me .

I am hoping somebody that as recently had interviews in london to transfer to the australian defence force can help us please.
my Hubby (& me ) are due to go in october for our interview & would like to know what questions we might get asked & your views on how the interview was for you
any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Smurf,

Had interviews last October with the ADF (RAAF). If you need any info pm me. It seems to be a long way in the future but boy does time catch up on you fast. Make sure you get your meds started as soon as they give you a formal offer - as they take ages to process!! Police checks dont take long but I believe there is a backlog with visas so if you are aiming to go this financial year - ie before the end of June - you will have to get things moving quickly.... Also keep an eye on the exchange rate and if you are given an offer - open an account with Westpac and Hifx for changing your money so that you can do it when the rate is good. You can also change his gratuity amount by booking in advance at a good rate - then changing when it comes through.

Hope all goes well for the interview. We had ours on 23rd October last year - sign on at AH and fly out exactly 1 year later!!!!! Only 8 weeks to go!

Well i am so nerves about the interview( & its my hubby that is transfering not me lol ) i just go to pieces !!
but hopefully like you all say it isn't as bad as you imagine.
Good luck to you all with your move & hopefully in october we will be able to say we might see some of you over there well here's hoping anyway !!!!!!
