Once you are in Australia on a 136 visa you don't have to do the skill that you applied on - you could be an ice cream vendor on the beach at surfers if you really wanted to!

Hi Guys I'm new too and looking to move to Cleveland near Brisbane around May 2008 with my family. My husband is also a builder. Have you found any good employement sites? Do you have family or friends out there? Have you visited Oz recently? We have a daughter who is 1 1/2 and a son of 6. Feeling excited about going but also a little scarred!!!

Hi Delly and Co welcome to our little site.

We were looking at going to Cleveland was there on reccie last year, but we have changed our minds and are heading further north to the tropical delights of cairns.
