Statutory Declaration

Can any one help us, need to do a statutory declaration, as my oh is self employed (bricklayer), as any one got a copy they could send us to have a look at? Need to get this done so we can send of the TRA. Thanks for your help in advance.

I need to do a Stat Dec too.

The prob I have is it's for a 10 year period where I was self employed - just as a sole trader and labour only.
The thing is I can't remember how many employers I had - it runs into dozens

What should I do - or how should I word it???

If you google 'statuatory declaration' it gives you various sites showing the format.

You can then just enter your particular details.

It worked OK for us - I have my own business and I had to provide a stat decl describing the business and my function.
