Hello from the Clark's

Just wanted to introduce ourselves,

I'm Ally (36) -Teaching Assistant, my OH is Andy (39) Master Technician and we have two boys Ryan (12) and Hayden (10).
We have been thinking about moving to OZ for a few years now and the time just feels right to go

The company my husband works for went into administration last week (Dixon Motors), he is one of the lucky ones has he still has a job(although they are reducing his wages), they have been bought out by Pendragon.
Our friends fly out to Melbourne on the 20th August and they suggested that we apply, (didn't think we would have enough points) but we were suprised as my OH's job is on the skills in demand list.
We are just filling out the TRA form

and gathering the evidence, we are going to try and do the forms ourselves. Just a little unsure

of the medicals as our son Ryan has Mild Cerebral Palsy - right side hemi. We are hoping that this won't effect our chances of the new life we are dreaming of

keep us informed on your TRA don't know what the form was like pre 1st July, but this is going to be a nightmare to fill in....

Hi Ally, Waiting the results of TRA, then already with the visa application to go..........
Why 1st July, I thought it was the 1st September for both TRA's and visa application to be logged, but knowing the TRA's can take up to 4 weeks.

What visa are you going on the 136?

Just waitng to hear about the visa. Medicals done in April and police checks sent in June.

Hoping to go next year when our youngest son finishes his Alevels.

We have been in Melbourne for 8 months now and so far, we are loving it!!
