Have 2 Activate Visa By May 2008 , Havent Got A Clue About Location
I Was In Perth Last Year And Didnt C Enough Of It 2 Know Any Better
Some Places Were Pricey , But U Get What U Pay 4 .

Hubby is a Sparky, using Visa Bureau as our agent who advised us perfectly with his application to the TRA and was returned positively within 3 weeks. Awaiting a full length birth certificate for Ryan and then we will be submitting our main Visa, filled in police check forms but don't know when they will be checking them or instructing us for our medicals.

I work as an Estate Agent and we have a 2 year old daughter. We're hoping that the equity in our home in the UK will set us in good foot for our arrival in Australia, however friends of ours in NSW have just commented on the market being at its all time LOW and although that would work to our advantage buying it doesn't really help the 'work' situation if NSW is heading for a recession (hate to be doom and gloom)!

Any input?

Work Isnt Realy Much Of A Concern If U Have Skills , Like U Have
And Houses Need 2 B Low 4 Anyone 2 Even Look At Buying Them , They Car'nt Always B High ?? Not Like Here !!

If U R Like Us, Tra Gets Sorted Then Main Visa Goes Off Comes Back Then U Have Medicals Last / Police Checks ,
From Start To Finish It Took About 8 Months And That Was With Cock Ups !

We are not in Oz, won't be there again till our Visa comes through.

So what do you do next? I mean after all that waiting and now you finally get your Golden Ticket, do you have a house to sell or can you just up and leave so to speak?
