hi we're the robinsons from yorkshire
we have just recieved our visa's and are hoping to move to melbourne in the next coming months.
just waiting to sell our house does anyone have any advice on how to speed things up is renting worth considering??

congratulations on the visa, only way of speeding up selling is to reduce in price, so you are lower than most types of homes the same. might be a small price to pay to get things moving.

we have tried reducing the price once however not much is happening in the market at present.
Got to put one through uni one through college and the young 'un wants new cricket gear!

Were heading to Melbourne later this year all being well , too !
Have no words of wisdom on the house front, ours will be on the market soon and we cant go until the house sells, as we need the money from it to finance our Ozzie dream. Alot of people do rent their house out for a while... if you can manage financially than that could be an option for you to get out there asap!
