failures

hi all,
just wondering, or probably worrying, what is the percentage of people failing to get there visa once they have passed the tra, i know a few must fail on meds and probably some on police checks, but are there many other factors people fail on.

The main factor in failing would be coming from Prestatyn.

Anyway, I haven't heard of anyone that failed to get their visa. Hopefully that's not just because I don't really know anyone!

I would guess that a tiny percentage might fail on meds or checks, but I would try not to worry. It's a horrible process without adding any more nasty thoughts.

Try chocolate and alcohol and remember, if Mrs T. was allowed in...well, need I say more?

I'm with LC - I think once you've passed your TRA you have to have something majorly wrong, like a terminal disease or having murdered someone, not to get in.

not from prestatyn sin sentido, from wolverhampton, just moved here for a change of scenery, does this improve my chances or make them worse.

I read on another forum a person from a high risk country who failed as immi where not happy with his work refs as no business was trading at the address he had given them.

Hi

I wouldn't worry too much as OH is a joiner and most of the businesses he's worked for in the early days went bust.
Apprenticeship done with his Uncles firm (no longer trading). We also had to jump through hoops as daughter had med probs at early stages and did her Med last October whilst in Oz (passed with flying colours) having failed the first one.
We have had 2 years of wondering the same, unless a major problem don't worry.
Easier said than done though we got the Visa Grant call yesterday.
