hi all agen as i said in my first post we are at the very early stages in to getting into austrailia and i filled in an assesment yesterday with amber Collins, and they phoned me this morning and said that i was not sucessfull. and advised me to apply for a working visa(holiday), and now all i need to know is it best trying other places or just going for a holiday visa and then applying for one then we am out there!



would be usefull for some advice cheers for all your last posts !!!!!!!!!!

Sorry about that mate you must be gutted ,why not put a post in the dilema section explaning what they failed you on and someone especially one of the agents may be able to come up with a solution ,,good luck with future plans

Hi there,

have you failed your TRA? or have they just said that you are not eligeable to apply for a particular visa because you didnt past the agents own assessment criteria??. If it is the latter, did they tell you why you failed?? surely if they didnt, you have the right to know why!!

they actually did not say to me over the phone why i was not eligable

Well then get back on the phone and ask them WHY. They can't just say no and not give a reason for goodness sake.
