Melbourne

Hi everyone,

I have just joined the forum, its look like a good place to get advice. My OH and I are hoping to be moving to Melbourne this September Pending our visa application, I have looked at the map of Melbourne and we would like some advice as to where to look for with regards to living, we like the simple things in life and if any one knows of the good and bad parts we would apriciate any advice.

Welcome to PIO.............. its brilliant!!!!!
Have asked the same question myself along with loads of other on here too... check out the link below, it will lead you to lots of posts on Melbourne. Were heading for the Mornington Peninsular, its lovely, along with a few others... but lots of people head for Geelong, Point Cook on the other side of Port Philip Bay too. Depends what your looking for really .... ie., beach or more rural, quiet or in the thick of it..... ????
