Hi there, we have gone through the process, now with visa in hand we will be flying to Brisbane on 5th August! Good luck with everything the time will fly by and before you know it you will be on that plane starting your new life

We've just got started too! After a lot of deliberation about visas, student visa, When where and how? First Melbourne, then brisbane to study.
We have finally started (well kind of, downloaded forms! ) the TRA process. We too are going on a 2 yr temp visa to SA followed by permanent. (As a general communications tradesperson)
We aim to be some where near(ish) to adalaide at the end of the school yr 2008. How about you when you looking at going?
Bit concerned about finding a job, and the right schools for the Kids especially as we have to pay whilst temporary residents!!!! We are swaying slightly to coming in land a bit in the hope to get more land, but always lived by the sea so still undecided.

Cool that will save the ol' pocket, what do your boys think about the move? Ours excited but worried to leave there nan, and 9 yr old auntie behind (me too).
We were looking at Para Heights, Salisbury Plain area.... Mainly cos of the name!! OH was a paratrooper for 10 yrs, and often jumped in to Salisbury plain!!! Do you think a fan of the paras are responsible for naming the area??
Seriously though not sure where to go and not sure whether go state or private schools.
How about you? Any ideas where you are heading?
