Smile Hello to everyone!!
We are new to this site and would just like to introduce ouselves and say hello to everyone.
We are Grant (42) Nicky (30) Connor (6) and Alfie (3). We were granted our 136 Skilled Independent visa on 31st May 07 and will be flying out to Australia on 14th August this year to start our new life in Noosa, Queensland.

Any advice from people who have been in the same position would be greatly appeciated.

welcome to PIO,we are going to be in Brisbane just about 45 mins from were you are going to be i have been to noosa a few time when over there and it is really beautiful, once you get onto this site you will never be off it or am i just sad, everybody is really nice so ask away there is always somebody who know the answer on here.

:)Hi. welcome to the site. We got our visas 11 may and are flying out in less than 2 weeks. we too are going to Noosa, well Doonan to start as sister lives there, but then will be getting a rental on gympie terrace or at sunshine beach. Sister has been there 3 year now and loves it. The kids do too. Good luck. may see you in the yacht club one day over a surf and turf!!
