Hoping to migrate to Adelaide in the near future on the SIR visa. Am going through the TRA application and have got a couple of question's I'm hoping one( or some ) of you good people can answer.
Firstly, do the Employers statements when typed up and signed by the the said person then have to be copied and verified again as the other documents ( eg, City & Guilds certs ). Or are they sent as original's?
Where are they signed? Front, back or does'nt matter?
If you're making a statutory declaration about a former employer whom are no longer in business does this have to be signed by a legal officer (eg, JP, solictor, court officer) or can it be signed by any noted professional?
Sorry thats more than a couple of question's..........but you're not as confused as I am!
I have just sent our TRA off with 2 STAT DECs which had to signed in the presence of a Solicitor (Magistrate Justice of Peace or Notary public) and also certified like everything else does. The certified bit can be anyone who can sign a passport in the UK.

I wouldnt waste yer time mate,as soon as they see your from the wrong end of the m27 they wont let you in anyway,well you might get a posting in Darwin....if your lucky
With reference to the employers reference, we sent it in on the original letterhead showing an original signature in ball point pen. All the other docs (certificates etc) were photocopies and certified on the back. Saying that, we've only had the acknowledgment and not actually passed it yet but fingers crossed all completed ok.

Don't worry about the scummer on the site he's harmless enough.
We did our TRA last March and we now have our visas accepted and ready to go, so we know what it is like trying to gather all the right answers. This site will definitely help you along your way.
