You can find details for the TRA form on
www.immi.gov.au which is the Australian Governments website. This will provide you with all the links you need and you can download all information leaflets F.O.C. and application forms. It also has a points test thingy so you can see if you qualify on points.
I found it really helpful, I have spent a lot of time on there and it's quite easy to navigate. It helps if you can print off the leaflets so that you can look over them in your own time/pace etc.
