Hi can anybody tell me what a pre-grant letter means? I have just been reading posts on Austimeline, and a few people are saying that they have received these letters. Does this mean that they have been accepted for a visa, I am just a bit confused by the use of the word PRE (sorry if this is a stupid question, this is all new to me)
