I keep hearing about a 'meet and greet' on arrival at Brisbane, what is this? I get the impression that it is a person who helps you sort all the medicaret etc. out. Does anyone know where you find these people and the cost.

We are going to Oz in July and we are renting one of their houses in Carina for a month. Never been there before though, so don't know what it will be like. :)
