Really dumb question!

hi everyone,
maybe a really question, but what is a TRA? New to this game just starting on the paper chase to Oz! Any advie would be great.

If you are applying for a skilled visa then you need to have your skills assessed by the relevant body befre you can apply for your visa. TRA is one of the main skills assessment bodies. Hope this sheds a little light

Don't worry Andy & Nikki you are not alone! I never knew what TRA was as I used a different assessing body called VETASSESS. Good luck with your application :)

Hi Ashtons,

I'm not far from you, hunters bar in fact. I'm 7 months into a skilled sponsored application but no sign of a case officer yet. Great news about your visa though! :D You are going so soon! How is it now the countdown's on? Excited? stressed? Can't imagine what it will be like when I finally get that e-mail.
