Just thought I'd introduce myself and say "hi". My husband and I have just applied for skills assessments and intend to apply for 136 (with a view to moving out late 2008 if all goes well). Want to move to Melbourne area.

Been lurking about for the last week and can only say what a great forum this is. I've been able to find answers for all my questions and then some ;) There's a great community feel.

Hi back and welcome to PIO. We're hoping to be going to Melbourne too next year (depends on OH's current business) He had is TRA accepted just before Xmas which was a reality check. Hopefully we'll send the form off in the next few weeks as OH has to get a new passport as his current one expires in the next couple of years, then this terrifying but exciting journey begins! We too are going on a 136 modl visa but are looking at going to Brisbane.
