Nearly on our way !!!!

Hello All, Kev Deb & Con here, just registered, we recieved our visa for permanent residency in June but guess what ??? the house won't sell......does anyone have any suggestions other than burning it down !!!!
It looks like we may have to go on another holiday to activate the visa's before May 12th 07, the worst hing is I have had to sell my tickets for the Ashes in Perth !!!! Gutted :(

Hi Guys,
We had the same problem, got our visas Dec 05 and the house still hadn't sold even though it had been up for over 6 months, by April of this year it still hadn't sold and we were getting a bit worried. We had to choose between dropping the price a few thousand or having to spend a few thousand on a holiday just to activate the visa. In the end we chose to lose a few thousand by dropping the price and get out to Oz for good quicker and here we are now in Melbourne!! :D

Thanks Guy's.. nice to know we are not on our own, we can smell the sea air and feel the Perth sun on our backs instead of Manchester smog and pouring rain !!!!!
