Newbie from Sussex

G'day everyone. I currently live in Sussex but am contemplating a move to Melbourne to live with my Australian partner. Have been reading the boards for a while now so thought I'd join up and chat to people who are making the move or already have!

i think gonna head to brisbane. Only worry is it might be too hot for my boyfriend who is a bricklayer working outside.But there is so much choice of where to live. I have travelled from Sydney up to Cairns but never been to Melbourne. Whats it like? what made you decide there?

well hubby is also a bricklayer and did not really fancy going where it was going to be to hot, Melbourne has four seasons so quite like here bit warmer
