medical?

:D Hi there
can anybody please tell me what they do at the medical and will it go against you if you are on the large side?

Hi there

I just had my medical done over here in Australia. I had to have a urine test, blood test (for HIV) and a general, fairly high level examination. Kind of like how some companies want you to have a medical.

I don't think it will matter if you are on the large side. I think the main thing they are concerned about is TB but even if you have it that doesn't rule you out.

No problem. I forgot to say they also checked my height and weight, did a quick eye exam (had to read the chart) and had to read a paragraph written in English.
