New User and frustrated waiting!

Hi Everybody,

My husband, daughter and I have lodged a 176 SS (to SA) visa application on 26/05/2012, CO assigned & email for medicals, PCC received on 02/06/2012. Health requirements for my daughter was finalized on 21/06/2012, for me on 27/06/2012. After a long wait, my husband's medical results were referred (3rd Jul) have been finalized on 17/08/2012. The work experience, PCC & IELTS (spouse's) are still showing requested on the checklist... We've had our agent upload them at the close of our 28 days on 25/06/2012. After a request for additional work ex letters, those were also uploaded on 3rd Jul 2012.

Everything's been completed from our end & medicals have been finalized on the 17th Aug... how long more do we wait? It's been anxious moments coz of the referral. Now these documents are still showing requested onthe checklist!!!

17th of August for your medicals, is just a few days ago, Crikey your keen aren't you, lol

When we got our 175 visa, it was just less than two months after our medicals, I don't know if yours will be the same.

Just hang in there and be patient, I know it's easier said than done.

We started our journey in January. Was told it would take 3-4 months, now at the end of August and still waiting.

Just try switching off a little. I've got to say that coming on the forum is great but sometimes it has a negative effect in that your mind starts racing again.

Oh and don't watch Nothing to Declare, Wanted Down Under or any other Oz based TV show! It all adds to the "want my visa now" syndrome!
